About Sarah Lipnick

Sarah joined the Law Offices of Scott H. Bernstein, LLC in 2024 as Of Counsel. She currently handles a variety of civil litigation matters, from commercial collection, post-judgment collection, and commercial litigation matters including those pertaining to construction law, real estate law, and other types of contract disputes. 

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Scott H. Bernstein LLC, Sarah worked as an associate over the past 8 years at Harriton & Furrer, LLP. She handled commercial, environmental, and land use matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients, including, but not limited to, franchise disputes, claims under the PMPA, landlord-tenant dealings, regulatory issues, and construction disputes. Sarah also assisted clients in preparing, drafting, and managing supply, equipment leasing, and trademark contracts related to the petroleum industry, including, but not limited to, the supply of unbranded and branded petroleum pursuant to the PMPA. 

Sarah received her undergraduate degree from Marist College in 2012, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Environmental Policy and a minor in Global Studies. Ms. Lipnick then attended Pace University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2016, with an Environmental Law Certificate and a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Law.
