About Robert S. Lipschitz
Rob focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters. He handles all aspects of litigation on a broad range of substantive matters for corporate and private clients, including cases involving commercial collections, contracts, and real property litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Rob served as a partner in the litigation group of a mid-sized Hudson County law firm handling complex real property and commercial litigation matters in New York and New Jersey.
During law school, Rob served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Review, served as a student-attorney for the Rutgers Constitutional Litigation Clinic, and as a civil mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court in Essex County.
Rob received an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College and a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark. He is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
